- Can I personally pick up the voucher? ▼
You can claim your voucher by making a cash payment at agreed time directly at Petrinjska 7, Zagreb. In this case we ask you to make a previous announcement at: +385 91 5367376 or email: info@exitgames.hr so we can prepare a voucher for you.
- What is on the voucher? ▼
Our Escape Room adventures and details regarding the booking are presented on the voucher. You can chose between a sealed gift envelop or interesting puzzle gift box which requires assembly to house your voucher.
- I received a gift voucher - how do I make a booking? ▼
You can make a reservation for an adventure of your choice via booking page on our Web pages. When making a reservation for a voucher you need to select "voucher" in the menu under the tab: Number of players. Your voucher states how many players the adventure is valid for. Please bring a voucher with you when you visit.
- How long is the voucher valid for? ▼
- Gift voucher is valid for 3 months after issuing.
